Terms of Service

My Sui Wallet is a non-custodial software wallet that lets you generate cryptographic keys, sign transactions, and interact with the Sui blockchain. The App is provided as a tool. We do not operate an exchange, custody service, or money-transmission business. We never take possession of your funds.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the laws that apply to you.

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and private keys.
• You are solely responsible for the transactions you sign and broadcast.
• You will not use the App for unlawful activity or to circumvent sanctions.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the App.

We cannot recover your funds if you lose your recovery phrase, if your device is lost or destroyed, or if you send funds to the wrong address. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.

The App may let you interact with third-party decentralized applications, validators, tokens, or services. We do not endorse or control these third parties. You use them at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

Nothing in the App is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrencies are volatile and may lose value. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

The App, including its name, logo, design, and code (excluding open-source components under their respective licenses), is owned by My Sui Wallet. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY SUI WALLET AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

The following applies if you obtained the App from the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and My Sui Wallet, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, who may refund the purchase price (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal-compliance, or consumer-protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the App.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where My Sui Wallet is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you where you live.
