Privacy Policy

• We do not require accounts, email, or any personal information.
• We do not collect, sell, or share personal data.
• Your seed phrase and private keys are generated and stored on your device only.
• The App communicates directly with public Sui blockchain nodes.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

My Sui Wallet does not collect any of the following: names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, government IDs, precise or coarse location, contacts, photos, browsing history, advertising identifiers, device identifiers used for tracking, or biometric data.

Your recovery phrase and private keys never leave your device. We have no servers that store or transmit them.

The following information is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us:

• Encrypted seed phrase(s) and private keys (in the Secure Enclave).
• Public wallet addresses you create or import.
• Local app settings and preferences.
• An optional local transaction cache for faster history views.

You can erase all this information at any time by deleting the App.

When you send, receive, stake, or view balances, the App queries public Sui RPC endpoints. These requests contain your public wallet address and are necessary to display on-chain data. All Sui transactions are recorded on a public ledger; we do not control and cannot delete blockchain data.

RPC providers may log IP addresses and request metadata under their own privacy policies. You may configure a custom RPC endpoint in Settings.

We do not integrate advertising networks, marketing SDKs, or cross-app tracking tools. The only third parties involved in normal operation are public Sui network RPC providers and, if you choose to use them, external dApps you connect to via the Wallet Standard. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

The App does not include crash-reporting or analytics SDKs by default. iOS-level diagnostic data that you opt in to sharing with Apple is governed by Apple's privacy policy and never reaches us in identifiable form.

My Sui Wallet is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly process any information from children.

Because we do not collect personal data, we generally have no personal information to access, correct, port, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

The App is available worldwide. Because no personal data is transmitted to us, no cross-border transfer of personal data occurs.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App or the law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App.
