Is My Sui Wallet non-custodial?+

Yes. Your seed phrase and private keys are generated on your device and never sent to us. We cannot access, freeze, or recover your funds.

What happens if I lose my phone?+

Restore your wallet on a new device using your 12- or 24-word recovery phrase. Without it, funds cannot be recovered — by us or anyone else.

Do you collect personal data?+

No. There are no accounts, no email sign-up, and no analytics that identify you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which networks are supported?+

My Sui Wallet supports Sui Mainnet, Testnet, and Devnet. You can switch networks in Settings.

How are transaction fees calculated?+

Fees are set by the Sui network. My Sui Wallet does not add any additional charges.

How do I report a bug or vulnerability?+

Email support@mysuiwallet.app for bugs, or security@mysuiwallet.app for security-sensitive reports.
